Do my tier entries roll over?
Yes. Tier entries compound each month you stay subscribed. Every month your tier adds entries to your running tier total. If you stay on Silver for 3 months, you receive 10 tier entries per month, so you have 30 tier entries by month 3.
Do my purchase entries roll over too?
Purchase entries are counted within the month they happen. If you spend $100 this month, you receive 100 entries for this month’s giveaway. Purchase entries reset each month because they are tied to that month’s giveaway period.
How do I get entries each month?
You get entries in two ways. First, your tier adds entries monthly and those tier entries compound while you are subscribed. Second, you get 1 entry for every $1 you spend in the month, and those are counted for that month’s giveaway only.
What discounts do members get?
Bronze members get 30% off all Waev pieces at all times. Silver members get 35% off all Waev pieces at all times. Gold members get 40% off all Waev pieces at all times. Your discount stays active while your membership is active.
What are loyalty points and how do they work?
Every Premium Club member earns loyalty points on every $1 spent online at Waev. Those points can be used for money off your next Waev purchase. It is a simple way to reward you for shopping with us, every time.
Do I need to manually enter the giveaway?
No. Your entries are automatic while your membership is active. Your tier entries and your monthly spend entries are calculated and applied for you.
If I cancel, what happens to my entries?
If you cancel, you stop receiving new tier entries moving forward. Your accumulated tier entries stop increasing once you are no longer subscribed. Your purchase entries are still counted within the month they happened. Giveaway eligibility and rules for each monthly draw will always be clearly stated so it stays transparent and fair.
If I upgrade tiers, what happens to my tier entries?
If you upgrade, your monthly tier entries increase going forward. Your already accumulated tier entries remain yours. Upgrading simply increases how many tier entries you add each month from that point on.
How do I know how many entries I have?
Your Premium Club dashboard will show your membership status and your entries for the current giveaway period. If anything ever looks off, message us and we will happily check it with you.
When are giveaways drawn?
Giveaways run monthly. We share the giveaway details and draw date in the Premium Club area and through Waev updates. Winners are contacted directly, and we also share the result publicly so the community can celebrate with you.
